Orders
Deliveries are done from Monday to Friday.
Orders will be delivered between 5-7 days
Confirmation of the delivery will be sent through via Email.
Payments
SibahleAccessories.co.za utilised secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
Details of the different payment system is provided on check out. The user has an option to select an option that best suits their needs.
If the authorisation and finalisation of the payment is not received the order will be cancelled
Returns
Products may be returned on the day of purchase with a proof of payment/receipt
The items must be unused, in its original packaging and sealed
It is solely the discretion of SibahleAccessories.co.za to replace, refund or reject any returns
Stock Availability
Sibahle Accessories reserves the right to reject/accept orders based on availability of related products
If payment had already been authorised, NkidiShop will refund the payment with 7-14 days. This is due to complicated processes within the bank value chain.
